Okay, so I still haven’t gotten over the Colts’ loss last weekend and am in the same frenzy as other fans about whether or not we will be able to retain our beloved Coach Dungy. So, while I am in a state of shock and suspense, I choose to use this time to pick on other states and the unfairness of the Playoffs. So Pennsylvania, I’ll start with you, you have two teams in the thing and yes, I know the battle lines are drawn between the Steelers and the Eagles fans, but even if you lost one of them, wouldn’t you still root for the other one, being all “Pennsylvania proud” and stuff? This is a serious question, as I wouldn’t have any idea of what that’s like, I’m in Indiana. Oh and you also get the Phillies and the Pirates, how is this phair? We have none, that is ZERO, not one MLB team here. This is total BS.
California, you get better weather and more teams too, but then again you have the Raiders and they really don’t count. Plus, the Chargers are going down anyway, so I’ll spare you the suffering of badmouthing you now. And you’d have to get out the SPF 75 to handle all the nice, sunny things I have to say about Sproles (not).
New York, totally not fair, you deserve nothing. You have the Yankees and you already won the last Superbowl.
Arizona, home of John McCain….no way, he lost the election, you deserve to lose too. Also, the Cardinals have no idea how to properly implement Edgerrin James and you’ve got him mad. Don’t mess with the Edge.
Maryland, really I haven’t got that much against you other than you are going against our AFC South Champions, the Titans and they deserve to win. Why, other than the fact that they are in the AFC South? Because last time I checked, there was no team (or talk of getting one) in Kentucky, Mississippi, or Alabama. So, all they get is their “neighbors”, The Titans. So, this team is the pride of the south and arguably the one that has to carry four states (unless of course, people in the South like the Falcons for some reason, but I won’t “dog” them and yes that was a bad pun).
Yes, and Carolina has to cover both Carolinas, so they should get in too.
So, I am rooting for the Panthers and the Titans from the fan standpoint of who they have to cheer them on, people in the sad states with only one football team or none at all. So, along this line of thinking, we Indiana people need to get on this….we want another team. Put one in Gary (but we couldn’t host any night games, because everyone knows you can’t go out after dark there). Ok then, Evansville. Besides the Evansville Eagles sounds better, you Pennsylvania people need to get with it and name all your cities and teams with a “p” or none at all….phrikin ridiculous. Oh and we want an MLB team too.
