There’s not much hype at all on this game. The biggest drama that comes to mind is whether Hines Ward’s hyperbaric chamber will help him heal enough to be a factor in the game. If he does show up and have a solid performance, I’m going to run down to my local hyperbaric retail outlet, so I can fix this nagging right ring finger. It’s really throwing the shocker off and we can’t have that.

All jokes aside, here’s the rub for me; this game has a chance to be great. Let’s face it: everyone, including most folks in Arizona, didn’t give the Cardinals a chance to make it to the big game. But they did. I think Kurt Warner might have been the only person to think he was going to get there. Their defense is under rated and I’d argue their offense doesn’t get the props it deserves as well. The only thing positive I hear about the Cardinals is their passing game, which consists of Warner, Boldin and Fitzgerald.

Everyone is yapping about this is the Steelers 7th time and they have experience and history. I don’t give a crap about what Terry Bradshaw did when I was 10, it’s about the now. I think current experience plays a part to some degree, but anything can happen in a one game series. With Ward limping. that puts a lot of pressure on Holmes and the running game. I keep hearing about the escape artist Roethlisberger. I think it’s a bit hyped and if the Cardinals get their chance, I think they punish that fool. Plus the guy almost lost the game for them in his first trip, so we’ll see if it was youth or he’s just not a big game player.

I honestly think the Cardinal’s defense plays tough and their offense makes some big plays and give them a chance. I’m looking for a shocker and I think Arizona pulls it off.

Lastly, there are only few more days to go, but I just want someone to rise up be the NFL player they are and talk some smack in the third person.
